Job summary

Northern Metropolitan Nursing Home in Monsey, NY is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Earn a base rate of $19.72 per hour with a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights, plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus. Daily Pay is available through a trusted provider to access earnings quickly.

We emphasize teamwork and resident-centered care. Candidates must hold NYS certification and be in good standing with the State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observing residents.
• Reporting health issues to supervising nurse.
• Providing personal hygiene care (bed bath, shaving).
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake.
• Feeding residents and providing nutritional supplements.
• Making beds and keeping spaces tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food / fluid intake.
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements.
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy.
• Transporting Residents within the Facility.
• Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Current NYS State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.
