Job summary

Northern Metropolitan Nursing Home in Monsey, NY is actively seeking CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The base pay is $19.72 per hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

We are offering a $3,500 signing bonus and daily pay through a trusted provider for quicker access to earnings. Responsibilities include observing residents, reporting health issues, assisting with personal care, setting up meals, feeding residents, maintaining cleanliness,

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Current NYS State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents.
• Reporting health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Personal hygiene tasks including bed baths and shaving.
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake.
• Feeding Residents and providing nutritional supplements.
• Making beds and keeping spaces clean and tidy.
• Transporting Residents within the Facility.
• Turning bedridden Residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents.

• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.




• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food / fluid intake.




• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements.




• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy.




• Transporting Residents within the Facility.




• Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores




• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member.
