Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Bridgepointe Health Campus in Vincennes, IN. CNAs provide daily nursing care and services according to each resident’s plan of care and individual needs.

You will support residents with personal care, observe changes, and work closely with the care team to ensure comfort and well-being while delivering compassionate companionship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transfers.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
