Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team at Blair Ridge Health Campus in Peru, IN. CNAs provide daily nursing care, companionship, and support based on each resident's plan of care, while fostering dignity and independence.

You will work alongside fellow caregivers to help residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities, reporting any changes and ensuring a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-beingProvide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
