Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered care and support residents with daily living needs.

We offer PRN, part-time, and full-time positions with 8-hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a). Compensation ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, with shift differentials and Med Tech opportunities. Benefits include health plans, 401k, PTO, and on-site care centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner.

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation

From $20-$27/hr, including shift differentials and Med Tech. We train qualified and interested in CNAs for Med Tech!! Non- Med Tech roles also available.

Schedule

What you will need
