Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Florida to join our patient care team. You will provide routine daily nursing care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while upholding standards and regulations.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA program completion, state licensure, and CPR. Prior skilled nursing experience is preferred; teamwork and compassionate care are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered or licensed in the applicable state and active.
• CPR certification obtained by hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients according to laws and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
