Oak Park Place in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time CNA for the 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm), including every other weekend. Duties include basic patient care, bathing, dressing, grooming, monitoring vital signs, mobility assistance, serving meals, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You must hold a current CNA certification and have prior caregiver experience. Compassionate, reliable team players who communicate well with nurses will thrive.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsibilities include providing basic patient care, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring and recording vital signs. CNAs also help with resident mobility, serve meals, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate with nurses and other staff about resident conditions.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification
• Previous experience in a caregiver position
