Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking dedicated CNAs with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Wisconsin. You will support medical staff in patient care, including hygiene, feeding, medication administration, and vital sign assessment. The role spans full-time, part-time, contract and PRN positions at facilities across the state.

The ideal candidate holds a valid WI CNA license, BLS/CPR certification, and can pass background checks and a drug screen. TB testing within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA WI license.
• Must possess a valid BLS / CPR certification (AHA preferred).
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a recent 2-step TB test completed within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to ensure comprehensive and personalized attention.
• Groom and bathe patients with low mobility.
• Prepare patient rooms with items like blankets, pillows and supplies.
• Assist patients with meals and medications.
• Ensure regular meals are provided.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to nursing staff.

Shore Staffing is looking for dedicated and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

Responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Duties include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication and assessing their patients' vital signs to notify staff of any changes.

Responsibilities

• -Responsible for patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need
• -Grooming and bathing patients with low mobility
• -Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs
• -Helping patients eat and take medications
• -Making sure they have regular meals
• -Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing staff
• -Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
• -Exercising patients by helping them walk

Required Qualifications

• -Must have a valid CNA WI License
• -Must possess a valid BLS / CPR certification (American Heart Association (AHA) preferred)
• -Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
