Job summary

Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Argyle, NY is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Base pay is $20.25-$22.25/hour with a $0.50 shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current CNA State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observe Residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Provide personal hygiene care (bed bath, shaving, etc.).
• Set up meal trays and document intake.
• Feed Residents and provide nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:
