• Provide hygiene and oral care according to plan of care.
• Assist residents with dressing and grooming.
• Bathe residents with privacy, dignity and a safe environment.
• Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.
• Maintain residents’ rooms in neat, orderly and clutter-free condition.
• Document all care performed in accordance with the plan of care.
