Responsibilities:

• Attend to residents' needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating.
• Record vital signs, assist with mobility using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Report abnormal changes to nursing staff.
• Assist nurses with duties as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of CNA experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
• Current state certification as a CNA.
