Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and ensure a compassionate environment aligned with facility policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient rights, and high-quality service in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.
• Customer service oriented under pressure.
• Flexible, adaptable to change.
• Ability to work independently with integrity.

Responsabilités

• Provide ADLs within scope of practice as defined by state regulation and the resident’s plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents, as necessary.
• Recognize and support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain established housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist with resident needs.
• Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

How you Will make a difference
