Genesis HealthCare is hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our patients and residents across daily living activities. Shifts include 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, and 10PM-6AM, providing flexibility for diverse schedules.

CNAs will work under a Licensed/Registered Nurse to ensure compassionate, high-quality care and collaborative teamwork. This role requires completion of a state-approved CNA program with current certification and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and state-approved CNA program completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients.

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
