Aviata at The Bay in Tampa, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will support activities of daily living and maintain residents’ dignity and independence in a person-centered environment.
We offer mornings, afternoons, and night shifts with a $19–$20 hourly rate, a bi-weekly $225 bonus, and 401(k) with company match.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family at Aviata at The Bay. As a CNA, you will deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards in our health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home). You will assist our residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, prioritizing their wellbeing and ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence.
Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility
Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery
Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Administer medication reminders and observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status
Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
Escort residents to and from dining room, serve meals, and clean up
Provide companionship and conversation
Other duties as assigned
High School diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age
Completion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant certification course
Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
