Job summary

Golden Heart Senior Care is seeking a CNA/CHHA to provide personal care and homemaker services in clients' homes according to their established plan of care. You will perform housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, companionship, memory care, and care coordination, while communicating professionally with families and your team.

A background screen is required; a valid driver's license and auto insurance with a clean driving record are needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record.
• Prior home care experience a plus.
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care.
