Job summary

Golden Heart Senior Care is seeking a caring CNA/CHHA to provide personal care and homemaker services in clients’ homes, following each plan of care with dignity and respect. You’ll support memory care and daily living activities for clients.

Your duties include housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, personal hygiene, and coordinating care with families and the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance with clean driving record.
• Prior home care experience is a plus.
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care.
