Job summary

Complete Care at Glendale in Naugatuck, CT is seeking a CNACertified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents, assist with ADLs, and support a comfortable living environment.

We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and an orientation to help you grow. Active CT CNA certification and HS diploma required; prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification for Connecticut is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer knowledge required.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
