Job summary

The Legacy at North Augusta is seeking a compassionate Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, promote dignity, and enhance quality of life. You will collaborate with a dedicated nursing team, document care activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional resident care.

This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA certification in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Demonstrates compassion, reliability and resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ambulation.
• Support meal service and hydration needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the team.
• Create positive interactions with residents and families.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour(Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing compassionate personal care and emotional support
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Supporting meal service and hydration needs
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with team members
• Creating positive, meaningful interactions with residents and families
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resident care
• Ability to read and speak English
