Job summary

Lakewood Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Staples, MN location. You will work under licensed nurse supervision to support residents with daily activities, vital signs, and safety while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
• Ability to perform required resident care, transfers, and repositioning using established safety practices

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.
• Support safe transfers, repositioning, and walking using approved equipment and techniques.
• Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and other required observations; promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises, restorative care, and nursing procedures within your role.
• Promptly respond to call lights, document care accurately, and help maintain a safe, clean resident environment
