Job Summary

Royal Park Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform duties in caring for residents, consistent with the care plan and standards.

Essential Functions:

• Answer signal lights
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities
• Serve and collect food trays; assist residents with eating
• Transport residents using wheelchairs or assist with walking
• Turn and re-position residents
• Record vital signs, food and fluid intake/output, and weight as directed
• Complete documentation

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team
