Job summary

Nexus at Chicago Heights is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and support daily living activities in a skilled nursing setting in Illinois. You will monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and help maintain resident well-being under clinical supervision.

We value teamwork, reliable scheduling, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication. This role offers multiple shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) with PRN, part-time and full-time

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Illinois is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Follow Infection Control & Safety Protocols.

Position Overview: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality resident care. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident comfort and well-being.

Available Schedules:

7am to 3pm (PRN)

3pm to 11pm (Part Time & PRN)

11pm to 7am (Full Time)
