Job summary

Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a sub-acute and long-term care setting in Massachusetts. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with day and evening shifts, daily pay, and shift differentials to reward dedicated care teams.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing residents, and reporting changes to licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
