Nexus at Cahokia in Sauget, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living in a supportive environment. You will monitor vital signs, help with mobility, and follow infection control protocols, while contributing to a collaborative team focused on resident well-being and quality of life.

Part-time and full-time shifts are available, with daytime and evening options.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the State of Illinois.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Position Overview:As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality resident care. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident comfort and well-being.

Available Schedules:

6am to 2pm (Part Time)

2pm to 10pm (Full or Part Time)

10pm to 6am (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)

• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
