Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this job is to provide a safe environment, emotional and social support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort. Performs direct care as assigned, following the resident’s care plan and supervisor’s directions. Maintains all health, sanitary, and infection control policies.

Education & Qualifications:

• Current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing per state laws
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old (or currently in high school if 16)
• Ability to communicate in English and follow instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with staff and observe safety protocols
• Flexible to work scheduled hours

Experience:

• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time and Part-Time available
• Shift varies
• Wage: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
