Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time CNA for the AM shift (6AM-2PM). The CNA will provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision, following the Plan of Care and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards.

Qualifications include current Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry certification and strong English reading/writing skills. The role emphasizes teamwork with licensed nurses and the care team to support tenants’ independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification listed on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision of licensed nurse.
• Assist tenants with activities of daily living per Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and well-being.
• Support cognitive and behavioral needs in a respectful, compassionate manner.

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Schedule: Part-Time AM (6AM-2PM)

Position Summary:

The CNA is responsible for providing tenants with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living, under the supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager and in accordance with the Service Plan, MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, the Tenant’s Bill of Rights and the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. According to the Plan of Care for the tenant, CNAs apply skills in basic nursing, personal care, and basic restorative services while understanding the mental health and social service needs of the tenant and being mindful of the needs of cognitively impaired tenants. The CNA is part of the interdisciplinary care team that is dedicated to promoting independence, autonomous decision-making, and facilitating tenants to achieve and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications:

• Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
