Job summary

Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 110-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. You will support daily living activities, observe residents, and collaborate with licensed staff to ensure safety and quality of life.

The role requires a valid CNA license and BLS/CPR certification, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules and daily pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
