Job summary

Puyallup Post Acute in Puyallup, WA is hiring compassionate CNAs for day and evening shifts to provide hands-on care in a homelike setting.

You will assist with bathing, mobility, feeding, and documenting care while following each resident's plan to maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care that supports each resident's plan of care and helps them maintain or improve their abilities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, mobility, transferring, and feeding — from light set‑up help to more hands‑on support.
• Protect residents' rights, dignity, and self‑determination, offering choices in their daily routine.
• Observe changes in resident behavior and report them promptly to the nurse.
• Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
• Document resident care and condition accurately in the resident's record.
• Stay in regular communication with the charge nurse throughout your shift.
