Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at University Park Care Center in Colorado. The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, under supervision and in accordance with all laws and Life Care standards.

Requirements include a state-approved CNA program completion, active CNA license, high school diploma, and CPR certification. One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in the applicable state and in good standing.
• CPR certification must be current; obtained on hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Deliver direct care per physician orders and Life Care standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
