Job summary

Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a 200-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

Daily pay is available, with a $3 PIB, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and pay ranging $19-21/hour (all inclusive). As part of Marquis Health Consulting Services, you’ll work with a dedicated team to support

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
