Interlude, now Allina Health Restorative Suites,a state-of-the-art transitional and restorative care campus in Plymouth, MN, is hiring aFull-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to join our team! We just recently had a deficiency free MDH survey!

Shifts Available: Evenings (2pm to 10pm)

Wage Range:$19.25 - 24.00 per hour depending on experience.

Location:2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Current MinnesotaNursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
