A Typical Day for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with The Summit of Bettendorf:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
• Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Current Openings:

• 1 st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)

• 2 nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm)

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $16.35-$24.85/hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses

Shift Differential Incentives:

• Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr
• Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr
• Weekend Shift: Additional $1.50/hr
