Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. This full-time day position with 12-hour shifts includes rotating weekends and a starting wage of $17 per hour, with a nursing shift differential up to $4 per hour.

The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, provide comfort and dignity, and maintain infection control in a clean, safe environment. Missouri CNA license required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri.
• Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies
• Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards
