Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. The CNA will deliver direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while upholding Life Care standards and regulations.

The role requires completion of a State-approved CNA program, current CNA license, CPR certification, and a commitment to compassionate patient care within a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA license in applicable state; CPR certification.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other ADLs.
• Deliver direct care as directed by the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
