Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Phoenix is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients under supervision, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while adhering to Life Care standards and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete a State-approved CNA program, hold an active CNA license, CPR certification, and seek opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and related tasks.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs and goals.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors while ensuring safety and quality care.
