Job summary

Kearsley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time roles on all shifts. Compensation ranges from $18.15 to $20.45 per hour, all inclusive, with Daily Pay.

We provide compassionate, hands-on care under licensed nursing staff, focusing on dignity, safety, and quality of life for residents. A PA CNA license and BLS/CPR are required, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
