Job summary

Laurel Square Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia offers full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend CNA programs. The weekend program requires two full shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with weekday hours paid at the base rate.

Weekend staff may request one weekend off per quarter and are required to work holidays that fall on their scheduled weekend shifts with premium pay. Qualified CNAs must be active, preferably in Pennsylvania, with prior short- or long-term care experience

Qualifications

• Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferably in Pennsylvania
• Previous CNA experience in short/long-term care is preferred but not required

THE WEEKEND PROGRAM DETAILS INCLUDE;

• Weekend CNA Employees will be obligated to work two (2) full shifts on the weekend - Every Saturday and Sunday.
• Any hours worked during the week (Monday-Friday) will be paid at the Base Rate.
• Weekend CNA Employees may request 1 weekend off per quarter. The weekend off must be taken in the given quarter.
• Weekend CNA Employees are required to work on holidays that fall on their scheduled weekend shifts and will receive premium holiday pay.

Qualifications for the CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA):

• Must be an active CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA), preferably in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNA) experience in Short/Long Term field preferred but not required.
