Position Overview

The CNA delivers direct care to residents and patients, assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, and ensuring dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care, safety, and comfort
• Assisting with daily activities and mobility
• Light housekeeping and meal prep
• Medication reminders
• Monitoring residents' condition and reporting changes
• Assisting with dining and providing companionship
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course
• Ability to communicate effectively and treat residents with dignity
• Must complete new hire orientation
