Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care and support with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will monitor vital signs, document care activities, and report observations to nursing supervisors, upholding privacy and dignity under HIPAA.

Responsibilities include caring for residents with dementia, communicating with leadership about changing needs, and participating in education to maintain certification.

Qualifications

• Provide care per residents' care plans, including daily living activities.

• Maintain charting and reporting as required; participate in ongoing education to maintain certification.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and social engagement.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when residents' needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia with appropriate approaches.
• Willing to take on other duties within scope of knowledge and experience.

Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting care activities, and reporting observations to nursing supervisors. CNAs ensure residents' privacy and dignity while adhering to HIPAA guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. They contribute to a safe and supportive environment, participate in educational opportunities to maintain certification, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of residents.

Qualifications
