Job summary

Right at Home is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors and adults needing assistance to live safely at home.

Caregivers will help with daily living activities, offer companionship, and support clients to maintain independence in a comfortable home setting.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Screening is required.
• Valid government-issued photo ID and a second form of identification (Social Security card or Passport).
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly.
