Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. We offer evening and night shifts, full-time, PRN, and weekend opportunities, and generous benefits in a supportive environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, families, and the team
