Job summary

Parkview Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents. You will support daily living activities, monitor health needs, and work with a motivated team.

We offer shift differential, referral rewards, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and a friendly work environment. Prior CNA certification and English communication skills are required; training and mentorship are available.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life and daily living activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions and appointments.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care provided for each resident.
• Protect residents' rights and maintain policies and standards compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing staff including Charge Nurse and supervisors.

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
