Job summary

Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge, NJ, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our caring team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available. We welcome candidates at all experience levels and provide training where needed to support residents with daily living activities and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility, while maintaining clean living spaces and accurate documentation. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification in good standing and be able to perform duties under supervision.
• Strong communication and empathy are essential for resident comfort and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces and report changes promptly.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active, valid CNA certification (no restrictions)
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
