Job summary

Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents and to complete routine rounds ensuring all needs are met. You will support care plans and collaborate with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• Experience with routine daily nursing care preferred.

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents.
• Complete routine rounds to ensure all needs are met.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and care plans.
