Job summary

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support both short term rehabilitation and long-term care patients. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will help develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and perform essential personal care tasks to meet resident needs.

Candidate must have completed a state-approved CNA program; experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (CNA) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent Certified Nurse Aide utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. The Certified Nurse Aide performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers.

Requirements:

1. The Certified Nurse Assistant must have successfully completed a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
