Hudsonview Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will provide daily resident care, assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, and respond to call lights with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current NJ CNA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must meet health requirements including TB test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
• Accurately document care provided according to facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to provide resident-centered care.
