Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current NJ CNA certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans.
• Must meet health requirements including TB test and physical.
• Compassion, patience, and a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Collaborate with team to deliver resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

• Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in NJ
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
• Must meet health requirements, including TB test and physical
• Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
