Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and gives resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift. Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, perform vital sign checks, and carry out clinical procedures according to community policy. They also provide assistance with activities of daily living such as showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.

Requirements: Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required. Certification must be maintained.

Additional Information

Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not benefits eligible.
