Job Summary

Provides patient care support, including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety, as directed by the Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include documentation, resident orientation, vital signs, repositioning, procedures, maintaining supplies, and effective communication with team members. Must complete continuing education and accept reassignments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Active CNA certification in the state of employment
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move patients and equipment safely
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour.
