W3Global in Newtown Square, PA seeks CNAs to provide compassionate care per resident plans, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

The role covers Skilled Nursing and Personal Care units; collaborate with nurses; complete timely documentation. A PA CNA license and CPR certification are required; LTC experience preferred. Full-time benefits apply; weekend/holiday differentials noted.

Formación

• Must have PA CNA license and CPR certification.
• Healthcare experience preferred; strong candidates may be considered without extensive experience.
• Long-term care experience preferred (SNF, Personal Care, Assisted Living, Home Care, or CCRC).

Location: Newtown Square, PA

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: $21-$24/hour, based on years of experience

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred; newly certified CNAs may be considered if they are strong candidates.
• Long-term care experience is preferred, with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Personal Care, Assisted Living, Home Care, or CCRC settings all considered.
• PointClickCare experience is preferred.
• Strong resident-care and assessment skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $21-$24/hour, based on years of experience.
