Job summary

Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for immediate full-time work on site. Base pay is $21.39 per hour with a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights, plus Daily Pay access through a trusted provider.

Qualified CNAs must complete a CNA program, hold current CNA State Certification, and be in good standing with the State Registry. Join a 510-bed facility focused on compassionate care and resident dignity.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents
• Reporting health issues to supervising nurse
• Assisting with personal hygiene (bed baths, shaving, etc.)
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake
• Feeding Residents and providing nutritional supplements
• Making beds and keeping spaces tidy
• Transporting Residents within the facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident data

DUTIES

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current CNA State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
